Verses of Quran



O you who believe! Seek assistance through patience and prayer, surely Allah is with the patient. [Quran, Al-Baqarah (2): 153] 

We shall most certainly test you through a little fear, hunger, loss in riches, lives and fruits. And give glad tidings to those who are patient. [Surah al-Baqarah, 2: 155]

Allah wishes to make things easy for you and not to make things difficult for you. (Quran, Al Baqarah, 2:185)



And when My slaves ask you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) concerning Me, then (answer them), I am indeed near (to them by My Knowledge). I respond to the invocations of the supplicant when he calls on Me (without any mediator or intercessor). So let them obey Me and believe in Me, so that they may be led aright. (Quran, Surah Al-Baqarah, Ch. 2: 186)


"Our Lord! Give us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and defend us from the torment of the Fire!"  (Quran:  Al-Baqarah, Chapter 2, Verse 201)

They ask you concerning wine and gambling. Say: "In them is great sin, and some profit, for men; but the sin is greater than the profit." They ask thee how much they are to spend; Say: "What is beyond your needs." Thus doth Allah Make clear to you His Signs: In order that ye may consider. (Quran, Al-Baqarah, Ch. 2: 219)

The likeness of those who spend their wealth in the Way of Allâh, is as the likeness of a grain (of corn); it grows seven ears, and each ear has a hundred grains. Allâh gives manifold increase to whom He pleases. And Allâh is All-Sufficient for His creatures' needs, All-Knower. [Al-Qur'an, Al-Baqarah (2): 261]

And whatever you spend for spendings (e.g., in Sadaqah - charity for Allah's Cause) or whatever vow you make, be sure Allah knows it all. And for the Zalimun (wrong-doers) there are no helpers. [Quran, Al-Baqarah, 2: 270]


Our Lord! Impose not on us that which we have not the strength to bear, grant us forgiveness and have mercy on us. You are our Protector. Help us against those who deny the truth. [Quran, Al-Baqarah (2): 286]



Our Lord! Let not our hearts deviate from the truth after You have guided us, and bestow upon us mercy from Your grace. Verily You are the Giver of bounties without measure. [Al-Quran, surah Ali-Imran (3): 8]



And hold fast, all of you together, to the Rope of Allah (i.e. this Qur'an), and be not divided among yourselves , and remember Allah's Favour on you, for you were enemies one to another but He joined your hearts together, so that, by His Grace, you became brethren (in Islamic Faith), and you were on the brink of a pit of Fire, and He saved you from it. Thus Allah makes His Ayat (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.,) clear to you, that you may be guided.   [Quran; surah Ali-Imran (3): 103]


do not become weak, nor be sad, ..  [Quran, Ali-Imran (3):139]



“Put your trust in AllahAllah loves those that trust (in Him).” [Surah Ali-Imran 3: 159]

"If Allah helps you, none can overcome you. If He forsakes you, who is there, after that, that can help you?" (Quran, Ali-Imran, 3:160)



‎Our Lord! Forgive us our sins and efface our bad deeds and take our souls in the company of the righteous. [Al-Quran, surah Ali-Imran (3): 193]

Worship Allah and join none with Him in worship, and do good to parents, kinsfolk, orphans. [Quran surah An-Nisa, 4: 36]


Whoever recommends and helps a good cause becomes a partner therein, and whoever recommends and helps an evil cause shares in its burdens. [Quran, An-Nisa (4): 85]

And whoever does evil or wrongs himself but afterwards seeks Allah's Forgiveness, he will find Allah Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Quran, An-Nisa, 4: 110)

God has promised unto those who attain to faith and do good works [that] theirs shall be forgiveness of sins, and a mighty reward; [Quran, Al-Maa-idah, 5:9]

Wherewith (The Quran) Allah guides all those who seek His Good Pleasure to ways of peace, and He brings them out of darkness by His Will unto light and guides them to the Straight Way (Islamic Monotheism). [Al-Quran: surah Al-Maa-idah, 5:16]

Satan's plan is (but) to excite enmity and hatred between you, with intoxicants and gambling, and hinder you from the remembrance of Allah, and from prayer: will ye not then abstain? (Quran, Al-Maeda, 5: 91)

"When the Qur'an is read, listen to it with attention, and hold your peace: that ye may receive Mercy. (Quran, Al-Araf, 7:204)

And remember your Lord within yourself, humbly and with fear and without loudness in words in the mornings, and in the afternoons and be not of those who are neglectful. 
(Quran, Al-Araf, 7:205)


"Allah is sufficient for me. None has the right to be worshipped but He, in Him I put my trust and He is the Lord of the Mighty Throne." [Al-Quran: Surah At-Taubah (9): 129]


Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves. [Al-Quran: Surah Ar Ra'd (13): 11]


There is no God but You, You are far exalted and above all weaknesses, and I was indeed the wrongdoer. [Quran: Al-Anbiya (21): 87]


And who (strictly) guard their solat (prayers); These will be the heirs, Who will inherit Paradise: they will dwell therein (for ever). [Quran, Al-Mukminun (23): 9-11]


The (true) servants of (Allah) the Most Gracious are those who walk on the earth in humility, and when the ignorant address them, reply with (words of) peace. [Quran, surah Al-furqan (25): 63]

"O my son! establish regular prayer, enjoin what is just, and forbid what is wrong: and bear with patient constancy whatever befalls you; for this is firmness (of purpose) in (the conduct of) affairs." [Quran: Surah Al-Luqman (31): 17]

And your Lord says: "Call on Me; I will answer your (Prayer): but those who are too arrogant to serve Me will surely find themselves in Hell - in humiliation!" [Quran; Al-Mukmin (40): 60]

No kind of calamity can occur, except by the leave of Allah. and if any one believes in Allah, Allah) guides his heart (aright): for Allah knows all things. [Al-Quran, surah At-Taghabun (64): 11]

And for those who fear Allah, He (ever) prepares a way out, [Quran: Surah At-Talaq (65): 2]

Do they not see the birds above them, spreading out their wings and folding them in? None upholds them except the Most Gracious (Allah). Verily, He is the All-Seer of everything. [Quran, surah Al-Mulk, Chapter 67:19]

And verily the Hereafter will be better for you than the present (life). [Quran, surah Al-Duha, 93:4]


By the time. Verily, man is in loss, Except those who believe and do righteous deeds, and recommend one another to the truth, and recommend one another to patience. (Quran: Surah Al-Asr, Chap.103)
